IFM Workflows
IFM is a platform to build and integrate business and field management workflows.
This is a high level overview of workflows in IFM Version 2:
1. Equipment Quality Control:
a. Oil Well Test Analysis
- GOR value check against Solution GOR for Undersaturated Reservoirs
- Water Cut Comparison with Water cut of latest Well Test
- Well Test Validation using Choke Performance
- Check if Downhole Gauge Pressure lies within Fancher & Brown and Duns & Ros (modified) flow correlations
- Sensitivity on VLP Matching parameters
- Current tubing correlation comparison
- Closest tubing correlation
- Sensitivity on Reservoir Pressure
- Sensitivity on Productivity Index
b. Gas Well Test Analysis
- Calculate the minimum WGR
- Tubing Correlation versus downhole measurement - calculates the pressure at gauge depth for the current model correlation and compares this to the pressure at gauge depth for a reference correlation
c. GasLift Quicklook Analysis
- QuickLook gaslift diagnostic from PROSPER
d. Mobility Analysis
- Calculates the Productivity Indices and regresses on relative permeability curves to give estimates of the relative permeability exponents and end points
e. VLP/IPR calculation (all wells types)
f. MultiRate Gas well analysis
- Estimates Forcheimer or ‘C and n' using multirate data
g. MultiRate Oil well analysis
- Estimates Productivity Index & Reservoir Pressure using multirate data
2. Real Time Calculator:
a. Well Rate Estimation
Calculates well rates using four estimation methods based on:
- VLP/IPR calculation
- Choke performance calculation
- Inflow performance curve calculation
- VLP curve calculation
b. Auto Production Allocation
From the rates calculated in the Well Rate Estimation:
- Calculates reservoir cumulatives
- Updates cumulatives in the reservoir model
- Calculates reservoir pressure in the updated reservoir model
- Updates the PROSPER and GAP model reservoir pressures
